1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the IMAGROUPE Wholesale Platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Wholesale Accounts & MOQ

Access to our catalog and pricing is restricted to approved members. Orders are subject to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) as specified on each product page. We reserve the right to review and terminate accounts that do not comply with our distribution standards.

3. Affiliate and Partner Program

Premium and Agent tier members are eligible for our affiliate program. Commissions are strictly disbursed based on successful, completed transactions driven through your unique referral links. Self-referrals are prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All branding, marketing scripts, and Academy training videos provided within the platform remain the intellectual property of IMAGROUPE. Members are granted a limited license to use these materials for sales enablement purposes only.
